Aaaahhh the Kimberley! So rugged and remote - only a bird or a twig snapping underfoot breaks the silence. Walking through the bush for kilometres then discovering the most beautiful gorge with the coolest still water! The colours are magnificent and reflections stunning.
A combination of palette knife and broad brushstrokes, with acrylic paints and sculptural impasto paste help me to achieve this final impression.
The Original is Acrylic paint - Impasto was applied to my acrylic paints with the palette knife giving great texture.
