Pink Delight

Loved working on this recent floral, exploring layers of colour and allowing glimpses of the underpainting to peek through. I really enjoy how those unexpected touches of colour create a beautiful, painterly effect, while also helping to bring all the elements of the painting together. There’s something so satisfying about building up the layers and letting each colour play a part in the final piece!
